條款及細則Terms and Conditions

[重要事項]合資格參加者(定義見下文第二項)參與並完成是次登記取籌即等同其已完全閱讀、明白、接受及同意遵守此登記取籌的條款及細則。愛廸達香港有限公司(「adidas」)保留隨時暫停、更改、終止或修訂此登記取籌條款及細則的權利而毋須另行通知。[Important Note]By participating and completing this Ticket Registration, Eligible Participants (as defined in Clause 2 herein) shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, accepted and agreedto comply with the terms and conditions of this Ticket Registration. adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate or amend the terms of this Ticket Registration without further notice.

參加資格Eligibility

• 1. YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 (產品編號：FW3043成人、FW3051小童及 FW3046嬰兒 ) (以下稱為「YEEZY BOOST 350 V2」) 的登記預購由 2019年 9月 18日正午 12時 00分至 2019年 9月19日 上午 11時 59分 (「登記預購期」)。提早或逾期提交的登記將不獲受理。登記時間根據adidas的電腦伺服器所記錄的實際接收時間而決定。The pre-order registration period of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CLOUD WHITE (Article number: FW3043 Adults, FW3051 Kids and FW3046 Infants) (hereinafter called “YEEZY BOOST 350 V2”) is from 12:00 of 18 September 2019 till 11:59 of 19 September 2019. (“Pre-order Registration Period”). Registrations before and after the aforesaid Pre-order Registration Period will not be processed. The time of registration will be based on the actual receiving time recorded by the computer server of adidas.
• 2. 要符合YEEZY BOOST 350 V2登記取籌的資格，參加者必須為：(i) 香港 adiCLUB會員; 及 (ii) 年滿 18 內或以上內以參加當刻的年齡為準內或已年滿 13 內但未滿 18 內內以參加當刻的年齡為準內但已取得父母或法定監護人同意參加此登記。 (「合資格參加者」)To qualify for the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Queue Ticket registration (“Ticket Registration”), participants must be: (i) Hong Kong adiCLUB members; and (ii) aged eighteen (18) or above at the time of entry, or aged between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) at the time of entry but obtained consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to participate in this Ticket Registration. (the “Eligible Participants” and each a “Eligible Participant”)

登記取籌方式Ticket Registration

• 3. 合資格參加者必須於登記取籌期內於登記網頁(http://mailer01.net/1/a0IYBji)的登記表格上填妥並遞交以下必填資料，以完成登記程序：During the Ticket Registration Period, Eligible Participants shall go to the registration website (http://mailer01.net/1/a0IYBji) to fill out and submit the online registration form with the following required information in order to complete the registration process:
  
  
  • 身分證明文件上的英文全名;full name as printed on identification document;
  • 身份證明文件首四位字元 (包含英文字母及數字) (例:A123XXX(X));first four alphanumeric characters of identification document (including letters and numbers) (e.g. A123XXX(X));
  • adiCLUB會員號碼 (11位數字, 例: 00100000001)adiCLUB number (11-digit numbers e.g. 00100000001)
  • 手提電話號碼 (必須與 adiCLUB帳內的註冊手提電話號碼相同);Mobile number (Must be identical with the registered mobile number in adiCLUB account);
  • 電郵地址 (必須與 adiCLUB帳內的註冊電郵相同);email address (Must be identical with the registered email in adiCLUB account)
• 4. 每位合資格參加者於登記預購期內只可登記一次，並最多預購每款YEEZY BOOST 350 V2各一對，而每款只可選擇一個尺碼。Each Eligible Participant can only register once only to pre-order a maximum of one pair of each style of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in only one size only during the Pre-order Registration Period.
• 5. 每個手提電話號碼只限登記一次。任何有重複手提電話號碼之登記預購會被撤銷參加登記預購資格而不另行通知。Each mobile number shall register once only. Any pre-order registrations with duplicated mobile number shall be disqualified from the pre-order registration without notice.
• 6. 預購登記並不保證參加者可購得YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。YEEZY BOOST 350 V2將會從所有合資格的登記取籌中透過電腦系統自動分配。The pre-order registration does not guarantee that the participant will be able to purchase a pair of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2. YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 will be allocated randomly by computer draw from among all eligible pre-order registrations received.
• 7. 網上登記表格遞交後將不能更改任何登記資料。No registration information changes will be allowed after the online registration form is submitted.
• 8. 若合資格參加者因任何原因使該合資格參加者無法於登記取籌期內提供所需資料而無法成功登記取籌，adidas無須為任何人士的任何損害、失望或損失負責。adidas shall not be responsible for any damage, disappointment or loss of any Eligible Participants in the event that the Eligible Participants fail or are unable to provide the required information during the Ticket Registration Period to successfully complete the Ticket registration for whatever reason.
• 9. 如有任何遺失、延期、不成功、不清楚、資料不準確或不全或重覆的登記，該等登記將被撤銷參加登記取籌的資格，而adidas沒有任何責任通知任何被撤銷參加登記取籌資格的參加者，亦無須為其被撤銷資格而負責。Should there be any lost, delayed, failed or unclear registrations, registrations with inaccurate or incomplete information or duplicated registrations, such registrations shall be disqualified from the Ticket Registration, and adidas shall not have any responsibility to inform any participants whose Ticket Registration are disqualified and shall not be responsible for such disqualifications.

中籌者購買安排 Sales Arrangement for Ticket Holders

• 10. 成功預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2的合資格參加者(「中籤者」) 將會在2019年9月20日獲確認短訊 (「確認短訊」) 通知有關購買詳情。請注意發送短訊的速度取決於電訊網路的服務範圍，電訊公司可能會收取短訊服務費。未能成功預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2的合資格參加者 (「未能中籤者」) 將不會獲得個別通知，並將會自動列入候補名單。A confirmation SMS (“Confirmation SMS”) with details of sales arrangement will be sent to the Eligible Participants whose pre-order registration of the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 is successful (“Winners”) on 20 September 2019. Time for SMS delivery may vary due to mobile network coverage. Standard SMS charges may apply depending on your mobile carrier. All other Eligible Participants whose pre-order registration of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 are unsuccessful (“Unsuccessful Registrants”) shall not be informed individually and will be automatically added to the waiting list.
• 11. 中籤者必須於確認短訊中列明的指定購買日期（2019年9月21日）及指定購買時段內親身到指定店鋪購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。中籤者必須出示確認短訊及其香港身份證正本予職員核對。 若中籤者是adidas VIP並於登記時填寫了其adidas VIP 號碼，必須另外出示其正本VIP卡予職員核對。中籤者如未能按規定出示任何一樣上述指定文件，或出示之文件資料與網上預購登記資料不相符，將無法購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。Winners MUST go to the designated shop IN PERSON to buy the pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 within the designated timeslot on the designated purchase date (21 September 2019) assigned to the Winners in the Confirmation SMS. The Winners MUST present the Confirmation SMS and his/her original HKID for verification. For the Winner who is adidas VIP and filled in his/her VIP number during the registration, they MUST also present their original VIP card for verification. If the Winners cannot provide any of the aforementioned document(s) for verification or the information on the documents provided shows any discrepancy with the online pre-order registration information, they will not be able to buy their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2.
• 12. 確認短訊如有遺失，恕不補發。Confirmation SMS will not be re-sent in case of loss.
• 13. 中籌者不可以任何形式委託他人購買YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。Ticket Holders cannot by any means authorise a third-party to buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 on their behalf.
• 14. YEEZY BOOST 350 V2尺碼將根據登記預購時之要求安排，不能作出更改或更換其他產品或尺碼。Winners can only buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in the size as indicated at registration and cannot exchange for another product or size.
• 15. YEEZY BOOST 350 V2屬於特別版貨品，因貨品數量有限，每對YEEZY BOOST 350 V2會預先分配予每位中籤者，並將以現狀售予中籤者。若中籤者於付款前發現其被分配的YEEZY BOOST 350 V2有任何瑕疵，中籤者可選擇購買或放棄，adidas將不會提供另一對YEEZY BOOST 350 V2予中籤者購買。Since YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 is a special edition product with limited quantity, each YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 will be pre-assigned to each individual Winner and will be sold to the Winner in “as-is” condition. In the event that the Winner check that his/her assigned YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 has any defect(s) before payment, he/she can choose to buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in “as-is” condition or not, and adidas cannot offer any replacement to the Winner.
• 16. 中籤者如因任何原因未能根據確認短訊內的指定日期及指定購買時段內按指示購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，其YEEZY BOOST 350 V2預購將會被取消，中籤者須被視為放棄其購買權，且adidas擁有唯一及絕對酌情權將其預購的產品售予其他顧客。If for whatever reasons the Winners failed to buy their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 according to the instructions as stated in the Confirmation SMS within the designated timeslot on the designated date, their YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 pre-order will be cancelled, the Winners shall be deemed to have waived their rights to buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2, and adidas has the sole and absolute discretion to sell their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 to other customers.
• 17. 所有現金券、折扣及推廣優惠均不適用於是次預購的YEEZY BOOST 350 V2貨品。All kinds of cash coupons, discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 products available during this pre-order registration.
• 18. 是次預購的YEEZY BOOST 350 V2貨品不設任何退換貨、瑕疵更換或退款。No exchange or refund is allowed for the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 products available during this pre-order registration.
• 19. 如確認短訊上所示的指定售賣日期懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋或黑色暴雨警告信號或店鋪因不可預見的情況而臨時暫停營業，中籤者將獲短訊通知有關最新售賣安排。In the event that typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rain signal is hoisted or the shop is temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances on the specified date stated in the Confirmation SMS, Winners will be notified of the alternative sales arrangement by SMS.
• 20. 若中籤者因任何原因未能提供所需文件予職員核對或因中籤者於填寫網上登記預購表格時有任何錯漏而使其無法購買YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，adidas無須為任何人士的任何損害、失望或損失負責。adidas shall not be responsible for any damage, disappointment or loss of any Winners in the event that the Winners fail to buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 resulted from their inability to provide the required documents for verification for whatever reason or incorrect data input during the online pre-order registration.
• 21. 如任何人擅自偽造或複製確認短訊、進行不被認可之交易或任何與此登記預購有關之欺詐或濫用情況，adidas有權拒絶顧客的預購， 而毋須事先通知。adidas reserves the right to reject the customers’ pre-order purchase without prior notice if it is found that the Confirmation SMS is fabricated or reproduced, or the customer has made any unacceptable transaction, fraud or misuse in relation to this pre-order registration.

後補安排Miscellaneous

• 22. 如部分中籤者未於指定日期購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，adidas 將會透過電腦系統隨機分配未被購買的YEEZY BOOST 350 V2予未能中籤者。In the event that some Winners do not purchase their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 within the designated timeslot on the designated date, adidas will allocate those unpurchased YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 randomly by computer draw to the Unsuccessful Registrants.
• 23. 候補人士將會收到個別短訊通知，並必須根據短訊通知內的指示於指定購買時段內購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。Successful waiting list registrants will be contacted individually by SMS, and are required to purchase their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 within the designated purchase period according to the instructions as stated in the SMS.
• 24. 如候補人士未能在指定購買時段內親身前往指定店鋪購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，將被視為放棄購買資格，而不作另行通知。Successful waiting list registrants who failed to purchase their pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 IN PERSON at the designated store during the designated purchase period will be regarded as having forfeited the right of purchase without further notice.

雜項Miscellaneous

• 25. 如對是次登記取籌有任何查詢，可電郵至 contact@adidas.com。Please email to contact@adidas.com for any enquiry about this Ticket Registration.
• 26. adidas俱毋須承受以下責任：adidas shall accept no responsibility nor liability for:
  
  
  • 任何不準確或不正確的參加資料，或因電子器材故障而造成之資料遺失；any incorrect or inaccurate entry form information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
  • 任何技術故障、失誤、錯誤、失靈、延誤或通訊設備失靈、系統故障、電腦、伺服器、網絡、連線、衛星、或數據服務供應商之失靈；any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, mobile phones, tablets, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of the submission of an entry or the operation of the Ticket Registration;
  • 不能登入或未能接駁互聯網；inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet;
  • 任何合資格參加者因參加登記取籌或意圖參加登記取籌而構成個人或財物損失。any injury or loss of participants which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Ticket Registration.
• 27. 如有任何原因（包括但不限於電腦、網路、電話、技術）而令合資格參加者所送出、登記之資料或令adidas寄出之通知有遲延、遺失、錯誤、或毀損等情況，adidas不會負上任何法律責任，參加者也不得異議。adidas will not be liable for any loss, inaccuracy, unidentifiable or destruction of information and/or entries due to any events caused by mobile phones, tablets, computers, networks, telephone, technical issues or any other reasons not within the control of the Organiser.
• 28. 合資格參加者及得獎者透過登記取籌所提供的資料（包括但不限於個人資料），adidas將會用作執行登記取籌及市場分析之用。adidas亦會將此等資料交予其聘用的服務供應商，用作登記取籌的管理、資料整理以及其他與登記取籌直接有關係的用途。合資格參加者如同意及參與登記取籌並且透過此網頁登記取籌，已代表接納以上資料的用途。Information (including, but without limitation, personal data) provided by Eligible Participants and the Ticket Holders in the Ticket Registration will be used by adidas for administering the Ticket Registration and market analysis. adidas may pass such information to its retained service providers for management of the Ticket Registration, data processing and other purposes directly related to the Ticket Registration. By consenting to participate and participating in the Ticket Registration, and completing a Ticket Registration via this website, the Eligible Participant consents to such uses of his/her personal information.
• 29. 在取得合資格參加者同意的情況下，合資格參加者之姓名、電郵地址及電話號碼可能被用於發送其他類似此登記取籌之宣傳資料及有關adidas商品及服務之推廣、宣傳及優惠給合資格參加者。參加者可隨時透過電郵地址contact@adidas.com聯絡adidas並示意停止收取此等宣傳資料。With a Eligible Participant's consent, the name, email address and telephone number of the Eligible Participant will be retained and used by adidas to send to the Eligible Participant promotional materials for campaigns similar to this Ticket Registration as well as promotions, announcements and offers relating to adidas products and services. Eligible Participants may at any time indicate their wish not to receive such information by emailing to contact@adidas.com.
• 30. adidas及其聘用之服務供應商只會根據此條款及細則下列明的有關用途才保留合資格參加者的個人資料。除非合資格參加者已同意個人資料可被保留以用於根據此條款及細則之指定用途，其就此登記取籌所提供的個人資料將於登記取籌結束後3個月內自動刪除。adidas and its retained service providers will only keep such personal data for so long as they are required for the purposes stated in the terms and conditions herein. Unless otherwise required for the purposes stated in the terms and conditions herein, all personal data collected pursuant to the Ticket Registration will be automatically destroyed within three months after the end of the Ticket Registration.
• 31. adidas及其聘用之服務供應商都會保密處理所有合資格參加者的個人資料。adidas及其聘用之服務供應商明確知道所有合資格參加者的個人資料在任何情況下都受著個人資料(私穩)條例﹝香港法例第486章﹞所保護。adidas網頁之私隱保護政策適用於登記及一切有關參加者的資料。詳情請查閱: https://www.adidas.com.hk/private_policy?locale=zh_HK 所載之私隱保護政策。adidas and its retained service providers will treat all personal data collected from Eligible Participants in confidence. The entire rights of each Eligible Participant under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall be recognized by adidas and its retained service providers at all times. Registration data and other information about Eligible Participants are subject to adidas’ privacy policy. • 32. 如因登記取籌及其有關之活動所引致而與之相關有任何爭議(包括但不限於本「條款及細則」的應用及釋義)，adidas保留絕對的最終決定權，而決定時毋需作事先通知。In case of any disputes arising from or in connection with this Ticket Registration (including but not limited to the application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) and related activities, adidas has the absolute right to make final decision thereon without further notice.
